From choosing your item to delivery: here are the steps for your order.

Delivery costs

Italy: standard delivery 7 €, free from 55 €. Choose from the destinations available at checkout. The service and final cost are confirmed before payment. If delivery times are not shown, ask the boutique.

1. Choose where to receive your parcel

Enter your address at checkout to see available delivery methods and costs. Before paying, you can check your order total including delivery.

2. We prepare your item

We pack shoes, clothing and bags appropriately: compact packaging for clothing and firmer protection for shoes. The original box is included only when stated on the product page.

3. Your parcel goes to the carrier

Your parcel may be collected by the carrier or handed over at an acceptance point for the selected service. Its destination remains the address you choose at checkout.

4. Follow your delivery

When we register the shipment, you receive confirmation and a tracking code if the selected service includes one. The first update may appear after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Frequently asked questions

Can I receive my parcel at a locker or pickup point?

Choose a locker or pickup point only when that option is offered at checkout. Do not enter a pickup point address as your home address.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on your destination and the available service. Check the information at checkout; if no times are shown, ask the boutique before purchasing.

How do I arrange a return?

Contact the boutique with your order number and the item you want to return to receive instructions and confirm the return address.
